With over 20 years of experience, Phase In provides counselling services to the community, filling the gaps in other social service needs and wait times.

We offer services for individuals, families, couples, children, youth and groups. No matter what you're going through, we can help!

Phase In offers accessible services and actionable counselling. Our programs are designed with a strength-based focus towards restoration to give you and your family the proper support.

About Faye.

From years of experience working in family systems, Faye has developed a diverse set of skills and experience to support any challenges you are facing.

At Phase In, we are a great alternative for those who want to stay out of the public services. We offer complete privacy, no wait lists, sliding scale fees, and a unique approach that includes elements of fun and laughter!

 

Developing trust, connecting, listening and being able to relate with kindness and compassion are just a few strengths used to assist others on their journey. Faye is result-oriented, focusing on improving the individual and family experience through innovative program design and tailored counselling with a strength-based focus. This is done in a confidential and respectful environment, allowing for a space built on safety and trust. 

I am experienced at supporting individuals with various mental health issues including:

  • self harm

  • gender identify

  • suicide

  • bipolar disorder

  • OCD

  • ADHD/ADD

  • depression

  • anxiety 

  • faith and spirituality concerns

  • many other common functionality issues.

Holding Hands
Counselling
  • Initial focus is on building rapport and meeting you with compassion and acceptance.

  • Develop clear, specific treatment goals collaboratively utilizing a variety of intervention modalities.

  • When necessary work with community partners or refer to outside agencies to further support and develop your health. 

  • Done within a non-judgemental, supportive, creative environment. 

 

Group Facilitation
  • Develop and deliver group sessions that focus on a specific need/challenge that allows skills development and strategies.

  • Provide public education and consultation to groups, or other professionals regarding services.

  • Offer family bonding and or healing art sessions.

 

Administration 
  • Maintain strict adherence to all confidentiality and privacy policies. 

  • Vulnerable sector police check / insured.

  • Obtain consent for services and release of information from individuals receiving service through Phase In.

  • Long-standing certified member of OACYC.
